St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School still offers a quality Catholic education and has been blessed to add a S.T.E.M. lab, Art and Music programs and even a gymnasium to our campus! Rose would be honored to set up a tour so you can reminisce about the old days and find out how you can be a part of supporting all of our new programs as well.

Our 60th anniversary logo was created by Jim Robins, SVdP’s P.E. teacher and boys’ coach.

He incorporated our school colors: Red & White and the span of the years we have been serving the Maryvale area: 1959-2019.

    The architect who designed

St. Vincent’s Church created the iconic angled apex to resemble the cornette of the Daughters’ of Charity habits at that time. This was done to honor their work in the world.

Jim placed that same architectural design on the left and right sides of the numeral 60. Inside the 60, you can see our school logo: a Heart, a Cross and a Flame.

The words: PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE are around the ribbon. We remember the past, celebrate the present and HOPE for our future here at SVdP Catholic School.

Last (but certainly not least,) there are the golden rays emanating from the back of the Church and School. These rays symbolize the GRACES that Mother Mary promised to Daughter of Charity Catherine Laboure on November 27, 1830. Catherine saw Mother Mary with dazzling rays of light streaming from her outstretched hands. These were GRACES that Mother Mary was offering to the world.
